Group Tickets

Looking for ways to celebrate a birthday, special occasion, or corporate outing? Our group packages are sure to provide a wonderful experience for all ages. Enjoy exclusive group benefits like discounted pricing, priority group seating, scoreboard recognition and a number of fan experience options. Groups require just 20 people to be eligible. Group packages must be arranged in advance and are not available at the door. Group ticket deposits ($100) are now available for returning group buyers by calling the sales and service office at 407.UCF.1000

Young Alumni

UCF Alumni that have graduated within the past 5 years are eligible to purchase a $99 season ticket (maximum of two seats) in Sections (116-122,124-125,133,215-221,224-225 and 231). Please refer to Stadium Seat & Pricing Map.

UCF Faculty and Staff

Eligible to receive 20% off season ticket price, excluding sections 217-221. (discount can be applied to a maximum of four (4) seats) GKC donation is still required in designated sections. Payroll deduction is also available.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets

All tickets should be treated like cash. The UCFAA Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A $5 re-print fee must be paid for first duplicate set of season tickets as well as any thereafter. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets and requested the week of the event. Single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the UCFAA Ticket Office at 407.UCF.1000 if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

Children/Infant Admission Policy

Everyone ages two (2) years and above must have a ticket to enter the Bright House Network Stadium. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

Refund Policy

No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
