Dates: Feb 22-24

• 2/24/13—UCONN vs. Texas Tech 11:00am; UCF vs. Troy 3:00pm

Account Executives

Lost/Destroyed Tickets

All tickets should be treated like cash. The UCFAA Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. A $5 re-print fee must be paid for first duplicate set of season tickets as well as any thereafter. Duplicates will only be issued for reserved season tickets and requested the week of the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the UCFAA Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

UCF Baseball Parking

Grass Lots: Free
Garage F: Free (Unless there is an event in the UCF Arena.)
Guests w/disabilities: valid disabled hang-tag/license plate in Garage F

Children/Infant Admission Policy

Everyone ages two (2) years and above must have a ticket to enter the UCF Baseball Complex. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

Delays

Tickets are still valid since the game is still in progress, just delayed. No refunds of tickets will be issued.

Re-Scheduled

Tickets are still valid and will be used for admittance once a new game has been determined. If you cannot attend the re-scheduled game, your ticket may be exchanged for any future game based on availability. No refunds of tickets will be issued.

Refund Policy

No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.

UCF Student ID cards are NOT valid for admission to conference championship or NCAA postseason related events.
