ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) -- UCF track and field head coach Caryl Smith Gilbert and Olympian DeeDee Trotter were featured in a story Saturday by the Orlando Sentinel's Iliana Limón Romero.

Smith Gilbert has been training Trotter, whom she previously coached at Tennessee, at the UCF track and field complex since October.

"DeeDee Trotter discreetly placed her lunch box with her carefully selected food alongside her other running gear.

"UCF's top track and field athletes had never seen someone toting a lunch pail to workouts and immediately started cracking jokes about it...."
