2011 (Sophomore): Indoor Long Jump All American...Ran the second leg of the outdoor 4x400m relay that set a new school record with a time of 3:36.37 in the NCAA East preliminaries to qualify for nationals...Broke a school record and claimed first place in the long jump at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, posting a personal best 6.50m (21-4)...Ran a personal best in the 100-meter at the UCF Invitational (3/26) with a time of 12.05...Produced a personal best in the 200-meter at the Black and Gold Challenge (3/19) with a time of 23.79...Clocked a personal best time of 57.46 in the 400-meter at the C-USA Outdoor Championships (5/15)...Set a personal best in the indoor 200-meter with a time of 24.56 at the Jimmy Carnes meet (1/30)...Claimed first place in the high jump at the Indoor Hokie Invitational (1/22) with a jump of 1.69m (5-6.5)...Awarded All-Conference USA distinction in the long jump after producing a mark of 5.92m (19-5.25) for third place...Broke the indoor long jump school record with a first place finishing mark of 6.32m (20-9) at the Hokie Invitational (1/22)...She was recognized as the C-USA Track and Field Athlete of the Week after that performance.

2010 (Freshman): Recorded a new school and freshman record in the long jump at the NCAA East Championships on 5/27 with a jump of 20-6.25/6.25m to earn a spot in the finals and an eventual spot at the NCAA Championships...Finished 21st at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a jump of 19-1.50/5.83m...Set a personal best in the high jump at the C-USA Championships with a mark of 5-4.50/1.64m to finish tied for fifth...At the Black & Gold Challenge on 3/20, Williams set a then PR in the long jump with a mark of 18-7.25/5.67m to take first place...In the preliminaries of the 400 meters at the C-USA Championships on 5/15, Williams set a personal-best time of 57.46.

Prior to UCF: Attended Raines HS in Jacksonville, where she won both the FHSAA 2A State Finals and the regional championships in both the high jump and the long jump as a senior...Also placed seventh in the state and second in the region in the 200m dash...Had personal bests of 5-8.0 in the high jump, 20-3.50 in the long jump and 24.47 in the 200m dash...Named to all-conference team and subsequently the athlete of the year for her efforts in volleyball, basketball and track...Named to the all-state track team her senior year.
