2007... Did not compete during the indoor season...ran the 1500m in 5:23.70 in her outdoor debut at the UCF Invitational...followed that with a 5:14.64 in the event at the USF Invitational...ran the 1500m and the distance medley relay at the Disney Invitational.
Prior to UCF... Attended J.K. Mullen High School in Denver, Colo. before graduating from Cardinal Newman High School...a three-year letterwinner in cross country...track team won the Colorado state championship in 2003 and 2005...won the Colorado state championship in the 4x400m relay as a freshman before taking second in the sprint medley during her sophomore and junior seasons...placed fourth at the Florida state championship in the 4x800m relay as a senior.
