ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) – As the Knights prepare for their annual summer camp series, UCF head softball coach Renee Luers-Gillispie caught up with UCFAthletics.com to discuss a successful 2012 campaign that saw the team make the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in program history.

In 2012, the Knights totaled 39 wins, the most for the program since 2008. UCF also set school records for best home record in a single season (27-4) and best record in program history through 52 games (39-13)
