Michelle Felix Position: Director of Softball Operations Experience: First Season at UCF

Michelle Felix is in her first year serving as the director of softball operations at UCF after joining the staff in August 2012. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the softball team while serving under head coach Renee Luers-Gillispie.

Felix helps monitor the academic progress of student-athletes, assists with the organization of team travel, help manages the program's budget, coordinates community service initiatives and provides support to the direction of UCF summer and winter youth camps.

Felix is the wife of current UCF softball assistant coach Ruben Felix. The couple lives in Avalon Park and they have a son, Matthew Ripken Felix.
