ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - UCF women's soccer trio Noel Crane, Allie Gerry and Tyler Law recently helped the Clay County Soccer Club's Sol U-19 team win the FYSA U19 State Cup in Auburndale, Fla.

While winning the championship is a thrilling feat in itself, the players have relished sharing the experience with their fellow Knights.

"It is a real blessing to be able to go to college with Noel and Tyler. I have known them for so long and we share such a close bond that it has made my experience at UCF amazing so far," Gerry said. "Winning my last state cup with them is a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life. The three of us have grown even closer now that we are at UCF, and there is truly nothing better than playing and especially winning with your closest friends."

The squad downed Tampa Bay United, 1-0, in the semifinals before trouncing IMG Academy, 5-0, to advance to the Region III Southern Championships in Greenville, S.C. in June. Incoming freshman Kaitlyn Steckel will also be at the championships competing with her club, the Tampa Bay United U18 Girls Premier Team.

"I feel very honored and privileged to be able to go to a fifth region III championship and compete against some of the best players in the country," Crane said. "I can't wait."
