Spring 2011: Finished in 12th place vs. Kent State...Shot a 225 (+9) at the UCF Challenge...Helped the Knights finish in ninth place at the Kinderlou Forest Challenge...Participated for the Black and Gold in the SunTrust Gator Women's Golf Invitational...Tied for 38th place at the John Kirk/Panther Intercollegiate.

Fall 2010: Placed 11th for the Knights at the Labor Day Shootout...Shot a season low 70 for the Knights in the first round of the Cougar Classic...Finished tied for 51st at the Windy City Collegiate...Recorded a 244 (+28) for the Knights at the Alamo Invitational.

Spring 2010: Named All-Conference USA on the course and also won many awards off of it including the LPGA's Dinah Shore Trophy, ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America honors and was named to the NGCA All-American Scholar and C-USA All-Academic teams...Recorded her second top 20 finish of the year as she tied for 20th overall with a 228 (+12) at the Hurricane Invitational...Shot a career-low single round score of 69 at the UCF Challenge, tying for 10th overall, her second top 10 finish of the season...Tied for first on team at the Tiger/Wave Classic...Finished third amongst the Knights at the Liz Murphey Classic in Athens...Shot a final round 74 to help the Knights finish 9th at the SunTrust Gator Women's Invitational...A first round 72 propelled the junior to a 25th place finish at the C-USA Championship in Hattiesburg.

Fall 2009: Played the best golf of her career with a 76.7 stroke average over four events and nine rounds...Was UCF's second finisher at both the stroke play portion of the Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship and the FIU/Pat Bradley Invitational where she tied for eighth overall...Fired the first two 72s of her career at the FIU event for what was by-far a career-low 54 hole score of 218 (+2).

2008-09: Saw action in eight tournaments and ranked fourth on the team in stroke average...Named to the NCGA All-American Scholar Team and the Conference USA All-Academic Team...Was second amongst UCF golfers at the NCAA East Regional, opening the event with a season-low round of 75...Was third for UCF three times, including the UCF Challenge...Best overall finish was a tie for 18th at the C-USA Championship to help UCF to a school-record second-place finish.

2007-08: Gained valuable experience as a true freshman, appearing in seven of the Knights' 10 tournaments...Named to the NCGA All-American Scholar Team...Placed fourth at the NorthShore Shootout, which was a tri-match between Florida and Bethune-Cookman...Tallied her best 54-hole score of the season at the Wildcat Fall Invitational with a score of 237 (+21)...Opened that tournament with her season-low 18-hole score of 76 (+4)...Equaled that finish in the second round at the NCAA East Regional when her 76 (+4) was the Knights best round of the day...Took second place at the Minnesota State Women's Open...Carded an opening-round 73 (+2) in the Open.

Prior to UCF: Detlefsen graduated from Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis, Minn., where she was the school Valedictorian and was named the Senior Female Athlete of the Year...Was the Minnesota Class A State High School Individual Champion four-consecutive years (2004-07), while setting Minnesota State records for lowest score, most titles won by an individual and greatest margin of victory...In 2006, named the MGA Player of the Year for the third-straight season...Also recieved AJGA HP Scholastic All-American honors while at Minnehaha Academy.

Personal: Detlefsen was born in Minneapolis, Minn., and is the daughter of Glenn and Louise Detlefsen...Brother Erik was a member of the Stetson men's golf team...Pursuing a master's degree in mass communications after earning a bachelor's degree last summer in advertising/public relations in two years with a 4.0 cumulative GPA.
