The UCF men’s golf team has completed its qualifying rounds for the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational, which is slated to take place Sunday-Tuesday.

Ricardo Gouveia, Greg Eason, Kyle Wilshire, Reid Martin and Jose Joia will compete for UCF. The Knights used four rounds of qualifying to determine the lineup for the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational. Three of the rounds were held at Isleworth, while the Oct. 19 round was held at Northshore.

Qualifying Criteria:

Exemptions

1. Ricardo Gouveia - Granted an exemption into the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational due to missing the Jack Nicklaus Invitational to play on behalf of Portugal in the 2012 World Amateur and for receiving a sponsor’s exemption into the Portugal Masters on the European Tour.
2. Greg Eason - Granted an exemption for finishing top-15 (1^st) at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational.
3. Kyle Wilshire - Granted an exemption for finishing top-15 (T-9^th) at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational.

2 Low Scores

1. Reid Martin - Finished 2nd in the qualifier for the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational (first among non-exempt players) with a 4 round total of 288 (E).
2. Jose Joia - Finished 3^rd in the qualifier for the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational (second among non-exempt players) with a 4 round total of 293 (+5).

Disqualifications

1. McCabe Buege was disqualified from qualifying after signing for an incorrect (lower) score following the first round.
2. Michael Visacki was disqualified from qualifying after signing for an incorrect (lower) score following the final round.
