ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) -- The UCF men's golf team has completed its qualifying rounds for the 2013 Schenekel Invitational, which is slated to take place Friday through Sunday in Statesboro, Ga.

The three-round tournament will be held at Forest Heights Country Club with one round each day. 

Ricardo Gouveia, Greg Eason, Jose Joia, Kyle Wilshire and McCabe Buege will take part in the event for UCF. The Knights used four rounds of qualifying to determine the lineup for the Schenkel Invitational. Two rounds each of qualifying were held at Lake Nona and Northshore.

Qualifying Criteria:

Exemptions
1. Greg Eason - Earned one tournament exemption by finishing Top 25 at the Gator Invitational
2. Ricardo Gouveia - Earned one tournament exemption by finishing Top 25 at the Gator Invitational

3 Low Scores
3. Jose Joia - Finished second in the qualifier for the Schenkel Invitational (first among non-exempt players) with a 4 round total of 290 (+2)
4. Kyle Wilshire - Finished fourth in the qualifier for the Schenkel Invitational (second among non-exempt players) with a 4 round total of 302 (+14)
5. McCabe Buege - Finished fifth in the qualifier for the Schenkel Invitational (third among non-exempt players) with a 4 round total of 308 (+20)
