ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) -- The UCF men's golf team has completed its qualifying rounds for the 2013 SunTrust Gator Invitational, which is slated to take place Saturday and Sunday in Gainesville, Fla.

The three-round tournament will be held at the Mark Bostick Golf Course. Two rounds will be played Saturday, with the third and final round slated for Sunday. 

Greg Eason, Ricardo Gouveia, Jose Joia, Kyle Wilshire and McCabe Buege will compete for UCF. The Knights used six rounds of qualifying to determine the lineup for the Stetson Invitational. One round of qualifying was held at Rio Pinar, Lake Nona and Stoneybrook, while three rounds were held at Northshore.

* - Did not play in qualifying event, while taking part in Jones Cup.

Qualifying Criteria:

A. Exemptions
1. Greg Eason – Earned an exemption through fall qualifying criteria.
2. Ricardo Gouveia – Earned an exemption through fall qualifying criteria.

B. 3 Low Scores
3. Kyle Wilshire - Finished 1^st in the qualifier for the Gator Invitational (first among non-exempt players) with a 6 round total of 439 (+7)
4. Jose Joia - Finished 2^nd in the qualifier for the Gator Invitational (second among non-exempt players) with a 6 round total of 440 (+8)
5. McCabe Buege – Finished 3^rd in the qualifier for the Gator Invitational (third among non-exempt players) with a 6 round total of 445 (+13)
