UCF's Eason Named C-USA Golfer of the Year

Knight junior also earned First-Team All-C-USA honors.

As a Junior (2012-13)
• Earned C-USA Golfer of the Week Award (4/3) for his 2nd-place finish at the FAU Spring Break Championship
•Shot a season-best 67 (-4) in second round of the FAU Spring Break Championship and finished 2nd overall
•Carded a then-season-best 68 in second round of the Schenkel Invitational to help UCF grab 5th place
• Shot three under par in the first round of the John Hayt Invitational in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
• Scored one under par in the final round of the Gator Invitational to help UCF clench 5th place
• Shot an even 216 to take 6th place in the Stetson/CFSC Invitational
• Earned C-USA Golfer of the Week Award (10/24) for his 6th-place finish at the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational with a score of 218 (+2)
• Earned C-USA Golfer of the Week Award (10/10) after his victory at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational
• Took the Individual Title at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational with a score of 140 (-4)
• Finished tied for 3rd at the Adams Cup in Newport, R.I, with a score of 215 (+4)
• Made season debut at the Northern Intercollegiate in Sugar Grove, Ill., tying for 11th with a score of 222 (+11)

As a Sophomore (2011-12)
• Earned PING All-America honorable mention recognition
• Named to the All-Conference USA Second Team
• Played in 11 of 12 events and had two top-10 performances
• Tied for 13th at the NCAA Championship, concluding the event at 2-over 215
• Earned medalist honors at the Conference USA Championship in Texarkana, Ark., with a 208 (-8)
• Finished tied for 40th at the BancorpSouth Invitational in Madison, Miss., with a 147 (+3)

• Earned Conference USA Player of the Week honors after performance at the SunTrust Gator Invitational in Gainesville, Fla., placed 9th in the 70-par event at 213 (+3)
• Tied for 11th with a 5-over 221 at the Isleworth Collegiate Inivtational in Windermere, Fla.
• Competed in the Prestige at PGA WEST in La Quinta, Calif.
• Claimed medalist and Conference USA Player of the week honors at the Adams Cup of Newport of Newport in Middletown,R.I., concluding the event at 2- under 214
• Made collegiate debut at the Wolf Run Intercollegiate in Zionsville, Ind.
