Do football season ticket holders & GKC donors get seats allocated before the general public? Yes, 2012 UCF football season ticket holders & GKC donors who order by Wednesday, December 5th will have seats allocated in the best available sections prior to the general public.
How are bowl seats in UCF sections allocated among season ticket holders? Ticket orders are allocated based upon GKC priority point ranking. In an effort to evenly distribute great seats to all our donors, season ticket holders are able to receive priority seating for bowl orders that equal the number of season tickets owned. Additional seats will be assigned in the best available locations following the GKC priority allocation.
What if I want to sit with a friend? Season ticket holders that wish to sit together must make their request at time of purchase. Seat requests involving multiple accounts will be assigned at the level of the lowest GKC priority point ranking.
How and when do I receive my tickets? Tickets ordered by December 14th will be shipped via UPS. Tickets ordered on or after December 15th will be available to pick up at UCF's Beef 'O' Brady's will-call beginning at 3:30 p.m. on gameday (valid driver's license of account holder required for pick-up).
Where is UCF will-call located? Gate 4 at Tropicana Field. Will-call opens at 3:30pm on gameday.
When is my credit card charged? Orders received prior to Dec. 1st will be charged starting Dec. 1st. Orders placed on or after Dec. 1st will be charged at the time of purchase.
How will I get my exclusive UCF Football C-USA Championships
commemorative t-shirt?
Knights fans who buy their bowl tickets from UCF Athletics by December 5th will receive one (1) t-shirt per bowl ticket. A t-shirt voucher(s) will be included with the bowl tickets. Customers who purchased the bowl tickets must present a valid photo ID to pick-up t-shirts (note: UCF students will simply pick-up their t-shirt with bowl ticket at the stadium; no student voucher needed).

What is the price for UCF Students? Current UCF students with a valid UCF ID card may purchase a $20 discounted ticket. All student ID's and enrollment status will be verified with 16-digit ISO number before issuing tickets. Student guest tickets are $35.
How can I pay for student tickets? Cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express debit or credit cards are accepted. Knights Cash is not accepted.
How do UCF Students buy a bowl ticket? UCF student may order a ticket one of the following ways:
Online: Convenient with no transaction fees. Simply click here, enter your student ID number and select your tickets. The system will ask you to briefly create an account. Online orders are available until Dec. 20th.
Phone: UCF students may call 407-UCF-1000 (Dec. 6th - Dec. 20th). Students will be asked to provide a valid 16-digit ISO number.
Mail: UCF students can print and mail the student order form to: UCF Athletics Ticket Office, PO Box 163555, Orlando, FL, 32816. Mail orders are due by Dec. 20th.
Fax: UCF students can print and fax the student order form to: 407-823-2930. Fax orders are due by Dec. 20th.
When a UCF student orders a bowl ticket will he/she receive voucher or hard ticket? No. All students must pick up a ticket at Beef 'O' Brady's Memorial Stadium. Student ticket distribution will be done on gameday at UCF will-call outside Gate 4 of Beef 'O' Brady's Memorial Stadium. Will-call opens at 10am on gameday. Only students who purchased the bowl ticket(s) may pick-up (no transfers allowed).
Can UCF student groups get seats together? Yes. Student groups of 20+ or people may call the UCF Athletics Ticket Office at 407-UCF-1000 for instructions on securing tickets for your group. Students in groups of less than 20 people should pick up their tickets at the same time in Memphis.
Are there refunds or exchanges? No. All sales are final.
