UCF Football vs. East Carolina

The Knights won their third-straight conference opener with a 40-20 victory over the Pirates on Oct. 4.

JUNIOR SEASON (2012):
-Started seven games at right tackle (RT) and seven at right guard (RG)

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011):
-Appeared in 11 games with five starts at right guard (Charleston Southern, Boston College, at FIU, at BYU and at SMU)

FRESHMAN SEASON 2010:
-Voted onto the Conference USA All-Freshman Team
-Appeared in seven games as a reserve offensive lineman

HIGH SCHOOL:
-Played for coach Patrick Burrows at Southridge High School
-Team went undefeated in the 2009 regular season, winning the district championship, before losing in the state playoffs
-Named to the Miami Herald All-Dade County team as a senior for making 63 pancake blocks and not allowing a sack
-Was district champion in wrestling as both a sophomore and a junior
-Member of the National Honor Society
-Was also recruited by USF, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Rutgers, Miami, Illinois, Marshall and FAU
