-Voted onto the C-USA All-Freshman Team
-Appeared in all 12 games with starts at OLB in the final nine games
-Finished with 30 tackles (17 solo), 3.5 tackles for loss and one sack
-Charleston Southern 9/3: In his first collegiate game, recorded two tackles (one solo)
-At FIU 9/17: Registered two tackles
-At BYU 9/23: Added four tackles (three solo)
-Marshall 10/8: Recorded two tackles (one solo) with 0.5 TFL
-At SMU 10/15: Recorded two tackles (one solo)
-At UAB 10/20: Had six tackles (three solo)
-Memphis 10/29: Recorded four tackles (three solo) with 2.0 TFL and one sack
-At Southern Miss 11/12: Earned two tackles and a half a tackle for loss
-At East Carolina 11/19: Tied a season-high with six tackles and had a break-up

HIGH SCHOOL:
-Regarded as one of Georgia's top outside linebacker prospects
-Coached by Shane Queen at North Cobb
-Played in the 2010 Cobb County All-Star Senior Bowl
-Finished his senior season with 119 tackles and three sacks
-Reported to have benched 300 pounds and squatted 490 with a 42-inch vertical jump
-Most notably as a junior, he led talent-rich Cobb County in tackles with 127, and with six sacks
-Had 59 tackles and three sacks as a sophomore
-Of his five tackles as a freshman, two were sacks
-Entered his senior season with much acclaim after being named to the NIKE Atlanta All-Combine Team in March
-Received three stars from Rivals, ESPN and Scout
-Additionally, Rivals listed him as the No. 56 outside linebacker nationally and No. 56 on their Georgia Postseason Top 8
-ESPN listed Gray as the No. 62 outside linebacker nationally, while Scout had him at No. 86 nationally
-Also active in community service with the Shop with a Warrior program, special needs volunteering and football bible study
-Lettered twice in baseball and once in track outside of four varsity football letters
-Had nearly a dozen scholarship offers and chose to be a Knight over the likes of Arkansas, Mississippi State, Kentucky, Virginia, Syracuse, Illinois, East Carolina and Air Force
