2008: Competed in each of the team's meets during her freshman campaign...Had a top-10 finish in the Black & Gold Invitational on Sept. 13, finishing sixth...Scored in two of the squad's meets...Set her season-best in the FSU Invitational on Sept. 27, posting a time of 19:28.10...Finished 58th at the C-USA Championships and 133rd at the NCAA South Regional.

Prior to UCF: Attended Wharton High School in Tampa, Fla...Accumulated six medals from the FHSAA Class 3A state track and field finals...Notched a top-15 performance in the 2006 state cross country meet...Finished in the top 50 at the 2007 Foot Locker regional cross country championships...With a time of 18:34, posted the area's top 5K time in that meet... Named to the Tampa Tribune Girls' Cross Country First Team in 2007...Finished second at the 2007 FHSAA state meet in the 1,600-meter run.
