Cross Country Continues Postseason at South Region Championships

Seven Knights will travel to Tallahassee for the annual meet.

Prior to UCF: Earned a top-10 finish at the state championship cross country meet her senior year...Named the track and cross country team's MVP her senior year and was awarded the track team's best distance runner award twice...Placed among the top five at the FHSAA 4A District 3 cross country meet with a personal-best 18:36.98 in 2011...Advanced to regionals in the 1600m her senior year and the 3200m in her junior and senior track seasons...A three-time cross country regionals qualifier...Selected to compete at the 2011 FACA Senior All-Start Meet...A member of the National Honor Society.
