Joe Silvestri Position: Director of Program Development

Joe Silvestri was hired in the summer of 2012 as the director of program development after serving two years as a manager for the women's basketball team. Silvestri worked diligently with the team as a manager, assisting with practices, film, coordination of team travel, summer camps and on-campus recruiting events.

A native of Spring Hill, Fla., Silvestri was a three-time Dean's List honoree while he pursued a bachelor of science degree in sports and exercise science and graduated from UCF in 2012.
