Brian Reed Position: Assistant AD, HRRM

Brian Reed serves as the assistant athletics director for human resources and risk management at UCF. Reed originally joined the UCF Athletics staff in 1997.

Reed's responsibilities include daily oversight of the human resource function for UCF Athletics, to include recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, records management, leave of absence / worker's compensation, and employee relations. He also coordinates the vehicle program, and provides research / analysis on a variety of annual NCAA, university, state and federal reports.

Reed holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Florida State, a master's degree in sports management from the United States Sports Academy, and is currently certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Prior to his employment at UCF, Reed's experience includes Winning Ways Inc., United States Sports Academy, Florida High Schools Activities Association and Florida State.

Reed and his wife Diana have 2 children, Isabella Maria and Lorenzo Francesco.
