Craig S. Miller Profession: Former President & CEO/Ruth's Chris Steak House

Craig S. Miller was recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Ruth's Chris Steak House Inc., an upscale restaurant chain, a position he held 2004-08. He was also the Chairman of the Board of that company from July 2006.

Prior to 2004, Miller was the founder and chairman of Miller Partners Restaurant Solutions, a family-owned restaurant management company, from October 2002 to March 2004. From November 2001 to October 2002, Miller served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Furr's Restaurant Group, a family restaurant chain.

From October 1996 to October 2001, Miller served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Uno Restaurant Corporation, a restaurant chain, and, prior to that time, he held various executive-level positions with Uno Restaurant Corporation. Miller served as Chairman of the National Restaurant Association from May 2005 to May 2006, and served as the Immediate Past Chairman.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Central Florida Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from UCF. He is a member of the CBA Dean's Executive Council and won the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the UCF Alumni Association in 2001.
