Tim Leonard Position: Associate AD/Development

Tim Leonard, who joined the UCF staff in 1999, holds the position of associate athletics director for athletic develoment. After serving as an assistant athletics director for external affairs and the executive director of the Golden Knights Club for four years, Leonard now has major gifts as his primary fundraising focus for UCF athletics. He also has management oversight of the GKC, premium seating and the University's Annual Fund.

Leonard graduated from Boise State University with a B.A. in communication in 1992. For five years Leonard worked as director of annual giving for the athletics department at Illinois State University. There he directed, implemented and supervised the annual giving program to the Redbird Education and Scholarship Funds. From 1997-99 he worked as an assistant director of the Bronco Athletic Association at Boise State. He oversaw the organization and implementation of soliciting annual gifts through the Bronco Athletic Association.

A native of Twin Falls, Idaho, he and his wife, Monica, have two children, Hayley and Nathan.
