Ben Fleming is in his fourth year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the UCF Knights. He supervises the strength programs for baseball, women's basketball and women's tennis. Additionally, Fleming assists with the strength and conditioning of the football team.
In 2009, Fleming assisted the men's golf team in winning the Conference USA and Regional Championships. In 2010, he assisted the men's golf team once again in winning the Conference USA Championship. That same year, Fleming contributed to the success of his track & field team as they won the 2010 Conference USA Outdoor Track & Field Championship. In 2011, Fleming was part of UCF's women's basketball team which claimed the C-USA title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
He is a certified strength and conditioning coach (SCCC) by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) of which he is also a member. He holds a Level 1 coaching certification from USA Weightlifting as well as being Etcheberry Certified by Pat Etcheberry, one of the top tennis and golf strength and conditioning coaches in the world.
Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Administration from Wingate University where he was also a member of the soccer team. In 2009, he earned a Master of Arts in Health/Wellness and Applied Exercise Physiology from UCF.
