Sen. Lee Constantine currently serves as a member of the Republican Party and is serving his third term, having been elected first in 2000, then re-elected in 2002, 2004 and 2006.

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Lee Constantine was born November 6, 1952. He moved to Florida in 1958 and was raised in Altamonte Springs. Constantine earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Florida in 1974. At UCF, he was active in the Student Government Association, serving successively as student body vice president and president.
