Welcome to the debut of UCF Conversations. Each month, Voice of the Knights Marc Daniels will sit down with Director of Athletics Todd Stansbury (or another key UCF Athletics staff member) to talk about projects, initiatives and topics that are important to the Knights.

This month's episode focuses on leadership. The vision for Stansbury and UCF Athletics is to develop the next generation of leaders through the student-athlete experience.

The name of the program is Conversations and UCF Athletics wants it to be just that. We want it to stimulate dialogue with our constituents.
