Bright House Networks Stadium

The grand facility located in the heart of UCF's new north section of campus is still the nation's newest college football venue, Bright House Networks Stadium. Home for the UCF Knights football program, Bright House Networks Stadium sprawls over 25 acres, seats 45,301 and serves as the crown jewel of the schools' burgeoning Athletics Village. Bright House Networks Stadium is part of a $60 million project that included financing costs, reserve requirements, infrastructure, roads, parking and practice fields for football, soccer and baseball. UCF Arena

The UCF men's and women's basketball programs call the beautiful 10,000-seat UCF Arena its home since the start of the 2007-08 season. Located in the heart of Knights Plaza on the expansive north side of campus, the state-of-the-art facility opened in the fall of 2007 to packed crowds event after event. The UCF Arena's unique design provides an intimate atmosphere for all students, alumni, fans and supporters, while creating a formidable environment for opponents. With a raucous student section, dubbed the "Knightmare", the UCF Arena has quickly become of the more formidable basketball facilities in the entire southeast. The Venue at UCF

One of the elite volleyball-only facilities in the nation, The Venue at UCF seats 2,000 fans for volleyball matches and is located on the north side of campus. Formerly the UCF Arena, the facility was completely renovated and re-opened in April 2008 as an 87,000-square foot multi-purpose, air-conditioned facility. [more]

UCF Basketball Practice Facility

The facility now known as "The Venue" was completely renovated and re-opened in April 2008 as an 87,000-square foot multi-purpose, air-conditioned facility that originally opened in August of 1991. At The Venue, the UCF men's and women's basketball programs moved into enviable space on the second level, while the women's volleyball program gained an exclusive home court to rival any in Conference USA. Wayne Densch Sports Center

Opened in August 2003, the new Wayne Densch Sports Center serves as home to the UCF football program as well as houses the athletics department's main sports medecine facility and strength and conditioning centers. The overall 44,000 square-foot facility also includes the football team's 4,000 square-foot locker room, theatre-style meeting auditorium and coaches offices. [more]

Nicholson Fieldhouse

Enhancing the UCF Football experience is the newly built Nicholson Fieldhouse, the first indoor practice facility of any of Florida's Division I football programs. Completed in June of 2005 and located behind the state-of-the-art Wayne Densch Sports Center the field house features a 120-yard regulation FieldTurf playing surface and is climate controlled by a series of industrial-size air conditioning fans located at both the north and south endzones. Also used by other varsity sport programs, the facility is ideal during times of inclement weather and heat. [more]

Jay Bergman Field

UCF calls one of the nation's finest college baseball stadiums home in Jay Bergman Field. "JBF", as its commonly referred to by its loyal patrons, can now seat 2,230 fans comfortably, with the recent addition of golden chairback seats in section 101, behind home plate. Just ahead of the 2009 season, the grassy berms along the right and left field lines were opened up and can now hold up to 1,000 more relaxing fans. The playing surface itself is as finely-manicured as any in the country, once being dubbed in the media as the South's version of (Stanford's) Sunken Diamond. [more]

UCF Softball Complex

The softball team was the first UCF athletics program to move into a state-of-art new venue during the recent wave of facilities expansion and construction on the school's growing north side of campus. Now having the UCF Softball Complex as home field, the program has immediately positioned itself among Conference USA's finest. The UCF Softball Complex, opened on March 14, 2006, speaks volumes for how far the program has come, and to the upward direction it is still heading. Evident of the team's growth and success was its 2008 C-USA Championship and NCAA Gainesville Regional finals appearance. [more]

UCF Track and Soccer Complex

The latest athletics facility to go under construction, the UCF Track and Soccer Complex, which has already seen several upgrades the past few years, will receive a new stadium seating section built on its west side. The new stadium will feature seating for 1,000, a grand west side entrance to the facility, a pressbox and broadcast space. The UCF Track and Soccer Complex serves as home field for the Knights' men's and women's soccer programs in addition to the women's track and field and cross country teams. Built in 1991, the eight-lane, 400-meter track features a Martin Surface that was refurbished in the summer of 2004. In 2008, a newly-expanded throwing area for the hammer, discus and shotput was added to the complex. Both, long jump and triple jump pits, also received an overhaul just ahead of the 2008 season.. UCF Intercollegiate Rowing Center

The UCF Women's Rowing Program has a new home at beautiful Lake Pickett, the UCF Intercollegiate Women's Rowing Center. Construction on the five-acre parcel of exclusive lakefront property finished ahead of the start of Spring 2009 sprint season and the team's first event vs. the Duke Blue Devils on April 4. The UCF Intercollegiate Rowing Center, designed by HOK Architects, consists of two multi-purpose facilities, a traditional boathouse along with the team's very own clubhouse, erg training center and locker room.

Lake Pickett

Lake Pickett, a spring-fed fresh water lake, has been home to the UCF rowing program since 1973 when the team was formed to compete at the club level. The McCree family told the team they could row out of their back yard. The only problem was that there was nowhere to keep the boats, so the team stored them on tables in the McCree's yard. In 1980, UCF told the head of the Evans family, which owned the Wheeler Grove Company of Oviedo, of the school's need for a boathouse and a new place to row. The Evans family offered the use of a barn on land they owned at Lake Pickett. The Knights turned the barn into the rowing team's first boathouse. A gorgeous new boathouse was opened in 2009.[more]

UCF Tennis Complex

Originally opened in the fall of 2001, the UCF Tennis Complex is the home of both the Knights' varsity men's and women's teams as well as lending itself for recreational use to the greater University community. The facility was given a facelift during the summer of 2005 when it was resurfaced and 80 permanent seats were added at for spectators at Court 1. The complex includes a total of six wind-screened hardcourts with four shaded benches. [more]

UCF Golf Practice Facility

Construction on the teaching building at the UCF Golf Practice Facility, located at the Twin Rivers Golf Club in Oviedo, neared completion in the spring of 2009. Once complete, the facility and adjacent dedicated practice course will serve to further strengthen the game of an already solid UCF men's and women's golf programs. The 2,880-square foot teaching building features hitting bays and a state-of-the-art video system to analyze each player's swing. Also, the structure includes a player's lounge, locker rooms and offices for the entire UCF coaching staff. In addition to the building, the practice facility boasts a six-acre short-game area, plus a driving range. The short-game area has a pair of putting greens and target greens and opened in 2007. The putting greens each have a different type of grass to prepare the Knights for events. [more]

Stoneybrook Golf Club

Stoneybrook East is an exciting championship golf course with a reputation for excellent greens and great course conditions that will challenge every aspect of your game from tee to green. The quintessential 'Old Florida' style of Clifton, Ezell, and Clifton Design is very evident at Stoneybrook East. The fairways are large and well defined; large bunkers are used as directional targets as much as for hazards and the greens are spacious and undulating, usually featuring one predominant ridge or tier. Rio Pinar Country Club

The tradition-rich Rio Pinar Country Club serves as home course for the UCF men's golf program, including the annnual UCF/Rio Pinar Intercollegiate, featuring some of the nation's strongest college players. Boasting over 50 years, Rio Pinar was first designed in 1957 by Mark Mahanna and features a competitive tree-lined course showcasing several large Florida oaks. With 43 bunkers and a winding canal which runs through five holes, Rio Pinar provides 6,978 yards of challenging championship golf.[more]
