ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Monday marks the second night practice of the preseason as the Knights will take the field from 6:45-8:45 p.m. This week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday's sessions were moved from 3:15-5:30 p.m. to the evening.

WR J.J. Worton following Sunday's practice: "It feels great (to be back on the
field). I've been home all summer and it was kind of hard being away from
everybody, but I was in touch with everyone...it's been great and I've got great
camaraderie with everyone right now. I'm rooming with (quarterback) Blake
(Bortles) now and we'll keep that going. It'll be good for us."

Sunday's practice, senior linebacker D.J. Williams intercepted a Tyler Gabbert pass by ranging to his right and pulling in a ball near the left sideline.
-Quarterback/wide
receiver Rob Calabrese threw a perfect ball over double coverage to Rannell
Hall who made a diving snag.
-Sunday was the second time the Knights held their session inside Nicholson Fieldhouse, as there was inclement weather in the area.

Stat of the Day
-UCF converted 51.0 percent of its third downs in 2010 and 44.6 in 2011. The last time the Knights posted back-to-back seasons of at least a 44.0 conversion rate was during the 1993 and 1994 seasons.
