ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Practice No. 5 of the preseason Sunday will be the first time the Knights will go in full pads. The session is scheduled to run from 3:15-5:30 p.m.

first two practices this summer featured just helmets, while on Friday and
Saturday the Knights donned shoulder pads. So far, one practice has been held
inside Nicholson Fieldhouse while the last three have been outside. Today's forecast includes about a 50% chance of rain.
-Sr. C Jordan Rae after Saturday's practice: "This is one of the most talented groups since I've been here. We have an awesome coaching staff, and we should be able to do something with it. As far as the offensive lines goes, we are one of the more experienced groups out there. That cohesiveness definitely makes a big difference."

Stat of the Day
-In terms of all-purpose yards, kick returner/wide receiver Rannell Hall had zero after five games last year. Seven games later, Hall racked up 759 all-purpose yards and finished behind only running back Latavius Murray who led the Knights in 2011 with 860.

week will be one of the busiest of the preseason. The Countdown to Kickoff
Luncheon will take place Thursday, Aug. 16, while the annual FanFest is
scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 18.
