-The annual Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon has a few spots remaining for this year's event, which will take place Thursday, Aug. 16, at the UCF Arena. Registration gets underway at 11 a.m.

-For official Knights wallpaper, make sure to visit UCF Athletics on Facebook.

-Assistant head coach Brent Key is scheduled to be on AlumKnight Live on 740 AM Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Stat of the Day

-UCF has ranked in the top 21 in the country every year since 2007 in kickoff returns, including first in 2010 and third in 2011.

What to Look For

-The Knights will finally hit the field Wednesday from 3:15-5:30 p.m., and all practices from Aug. 1-18 are open to the public (photography, video and note taking is not permitted).
